Article 1 (Application)

1. 1.These Terms apply to all relationships between us and the User in connection with the use of the Service.
2. 2.Any separately established Security Policy, Privacy Policy, FAQ, pricing page, “About the Referral Program” page, or other notices displayed on the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms.
3. 3.If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the materials described in the preceding paragraph, the individually specified conditions expressly presented by us shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

Article 2 (Service Description)

1. 1.The Service provides functions that edit, transform, format, or otherwise process text entered or selected by the User through external AI APIs.
2. 2.The Service may use external AI services via cloud servers.
3. 3.We do not directly own or operate the AI models themselves.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

1. 1.Users shall complete account registration in accordance with our prescribed procedures when using paid plans, the referral program, or any other functions designated by us.
2. 2.Users shall keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
3. 3.Users shall manage their accounts at their own responsibility.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

1. 1.Paid plans for the Service are provided on a subscription basis.
2. 2.Fees, payment methods, and renewal conditions shall be as displayed on our website.
3. 3.Payments shall be processed through Stripe or other external payment services.
4. 4.Except where required by law, we do not refund fees already paid.
5. 5.The application conditions for discounts or other benefits under the referral program shall be governed by conditions separately determined by us.

Article 5 (Referral Program)

1. 1.We may offer a referral program through which Users may refer third parties to the Service.
2. 2.The eligibility conditions, benefit details, timing of grant, method of use, application limits, and other details of the referral program shall be governed by the conditions separately displayed by us on the “About the Referral Program” page, FAQ, or otherwise on our website.
3. 3.If fraudulent use, false registration, improper creation of multiple accounts, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us is found on the part of the referred user or the referrer, we may cancel the grant of benefits, suspend use, restrict the account, or take any other measures we deem necessary.
4. 4.We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the content, eligibility conditions, benefits, limits, scope, or any other conditions of the referral program at our discretion.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

1. 1.Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
2. 2.Unauthorized access or acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
3. 3.Acts that infringe the rights or interests of others
4. 4.Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the Service
5. 5.Improper transmission of regulated information such as medical information or financial information
6. 6.Creating multiple accounts or engaging in similar conduct for the purpose of improperly obtaining referral program benefits
7. 7.Any other act that we deem inappropriate

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. 1.Intellectual property rights relating to the Service shall belong to us or to legitimate rights holders.
2. 2.Rights relating to text entered by the User shall belong to the relevant User.

Article 8 (Disclaimer Regarding External AI Services)

1. 1.The Service may use external AI services.
2. 2.We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or any other aspect of outputs generated or edited by AI.
3. 3.We shall not be liable for any damage arising from suspension, specification changes, fee changes, policy changes, or similar changes to external AI services.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranty)

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranty whatsoever that the Service is fit for a particular purpose, will be continuously available, will be error-free, or otherwise.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. 1.Our liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User to us during the most recent one-month period.
2. 2.We shall not be liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, or any damages beyond the scope of ordinary and direct damages.

Article 11 (Suspension or Modification of the Service)

We may suspend, modify, or interrupt all or part of the Service due to maintenance, suspension of external services, force majeure, or any other reason.

Article 12 (Suspension of Use and Termination)

If a User violates these Terms, we may suspend use of the Service, cancel benefits, restrict the account, or terminate the agreement without prior notice.

Article 13 (Changes to the Terms)

1. 1.We may change these Terms if we deem it necessary.
2. 2.The revised Terms shall become effective when posted on our website.
3. 3.We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the content, eligibility conditions, benefits, limits, scope, or any other conditions of the referral program at our discretion.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. 1.These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. 2.Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
